Girl with the flax-in smoothie
I had the most delicious smoothie after my workout this morning. Since I'm striving to eat the most nutrient dense foods possible, I used pumpkin, which is very nutrient dense and low in calories.
Girl with the Flax-in Smoothie
1 C. Coconut Almond Milk
1 C. Organic Sugar Free Pumpkin Puree
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 T. Chia Seeds
1 T. Ground Flaxseed
1 t. Coconut Palm Sugar or Stevia to taste
Add a few ice cubes if you like your smoothies thicker. Blend until smooth! Enjoy!
Note: If you are using a Nutribullet, be sure to put your liquid in the bottom so all the other ingredients don't stick to the top!
